RedStream Roadmap

We're actively building RedStream to help organizations stay ahead of emerging AI threats. Here's what we're working on—and what's coming next.

Currently in Phase 1

Running internal RS-7 tests, refining prompt architecture, and preparing compliance-ready outputs.

Now: Foundation Layer

  • Internal testing of RS-7 risk framework
  • Adversarial prompt engine (multi-model)
  • OSINT-to-prompt pipeline scaffolding

Coming Soon: Q1–Q2 2026

  • Platform MVP release with RS-7 clustering
  • Traceable risk reporting (ATLAS mapped)
  • Partner pilot testing + feedback loop

Next: Q3 2026+

  • Client dashboard (filtering + report UX)
  • Regulatory export: EU AI Act, NIST, EO
  • Scheduled retesting + alert API rollout

Features Roadmap

RS-7 Risk Grid Dashboard

Adversarial Prompt Mapping Visualizes how model responses differ across RS-7 failure categories.
Multi-Model Comparison Compare model behavior side-by-side with consistent inputs.
Compliance Traceability Each cluster is tagged with RS category + ATLAS tactic for audit-ready output.

Adversarial Prompt Mapping

Visualizes model responses across all RS-7 risk categories.

Cluster-Level Analysis

Links test results to specific narrative clusters and severity scores.

Multi-Model Comparison

Supports benchmarking across different LLM architectures or deployments.

Compliance Traceability

Outputs flagged with risk classifications and ATLAS-aligned tactics.

Analyst-Friendly UX

Designed for use by both security teams and compliance stakeholders.

Simulation Extensions (Exploring Dual-Use)

RedStream’s system architecture is designed to support narrative simulation and training environments. These capabilities aren’t part of the core compliance platform but can be adapted for use in red teaming, influence operations research, or scenario-based exercises.

Scenario Automation

OSINT-driven prompt generation enables dynamic simulation of current adversarial narratives.

Synthetic Injection

Calibrated prompts replicate tactics seen in real-world campaigns.

Exercise Evaluation

RS-7 categories can be reused to score model or human performance under simulated threat conditions.

Offline/Isolated Deployment

Optional simulation modules can run offline or within secure environments as needed.

Secure Infrastructure Vision

RedStream is exploring custom, on-premises infrastructure to enable secure processing of sensitive narrative data. While development is ongoing, our roadmap prioritizes data control and containment, with design concepts focused on:

Planned Self-Hosted Storage

We aim to host testing data locally, minimizing reliance on third-party cloud providers wherever possible.

Local Processing Architecture

We are evaluating systems that reduce external dependencies to strengthen operational security.

Privacy-Centered Protocols

Our goal is to build handling procedures aligned with high-security use cases and evolving regulatory frameworks.

This infrastructure vision will guide RedStream's approach to handling sensitive content while meeting the security requirements of enterprise and mission-critical environments.
